Design: DNA was extracted from a 5 ml overnight culture in LB using the Qiagen Genomic-tips 100/g. Nextera XT Sample prep kit was used to make the sequencing libraries. Libraries were pooled and sequenced using a 300 bp paired-end sequencing kit on a Illumina MiSeq.
